One Japanese company produces toilet for pet, it has several technology Patents and they master mechanical design. For improving the intelligent degree of the product, they entrust TN to design the electronic part. Requirement as follows:
1, Pet inductive function;
2, Prevent pet engulf function;
3, Auto-clearing function;
4, Auto-wrapping function;
5, User can set custom parameter for various pets conveniently.
By analysis, we designed a set of small electronic fitting, included an electronic module, several sensors and motor for the client. After confirmed initial solution, we designed the PCB, and sent to PCB manufactured. We procure the components and sensors at the same time. When we assembled, we begun to test the prototype machine in our design program. Finally, we and client finished the project together – Intelligent Pet Toilet. |
